Biotechnology / Cloning: Cloning is the creating of a new organism
with the same genetic information as an existing organism. Cloning involves
somatic cell nuclear transfer, with a nucleus containing the DNA being
transferred into a cell which has had its nucleus removed. An electrical
charge is used to trigger subsequent cell division and growth.
